Hello there

Daily Progress:

1 green tea
1 sm salad with 3 pieces of fetta cheese
1 sm sk cap


and it is 1:30 pm.
No dinner tonight only an apple.

and a Gym sesh! woo


I'm going to post my weight one or two times a week.
